When we learn to trust Allah TaALA, we can live life to its fullest. Fear and doubt are removed and are replaced with strength and courage. Knowing that Allah TaALA’s will for us is intrinsic to His divine guidance.

During these troubled times, many of us are suffering spiritually, mentally, and physically. Our primary purpose is to explore mind-body techniques for self-help and self-healing. The group offers a private virtual meeting space where our voices can be heard. Let's come together, to hear, to listen, to understand, to comprehend, to gain acceptance, and to be present.
